This is a class exploring the eight, nine and ten of cups (the Pisces decans) through a close reading of The Inner Reaches of Outer space by Joseph Campbell. This is a class in how the tarot calls us to move beyond religious limitations of Divine images. Here we tap into the “elementary ideas,” understanding how they are utilized by but not limited to particular cultural images / paradigms. These cards, this text and this class teach to look more closely in our attempts to reconcile with source, how we co-create the matrix of the world, and how to share in mythologized community whom uplifts the Divine.
